Property management · Texas first
One complete file per door: the lease, the rent, the deposit, the photos, the repairs and every document. Rent posts itself. Photos pair themselves. The deposit statement drafts itself from the evidence.

What the file does on its own
Everything a landlord does at every tenancy is built in, not metered. Rent posts on the first. Photos are paired room by room. The statement is drafted from the pairs. You review and sign.
On the first, rent is posted to the door. Autopay pulls it by bank transfer or card through Stripe into your account. DoorLog never holds a dollar of it. A late fee posts only when Texas says it may, and never above the cap.
Walk the property on your phone at move-in. Walk it again at move-out. DoorLog lines the two up, wall for wall, so the scuff, the nail holes and the stain are not a matter of memory. Both parties sign each set.
Every difference the photos show becomes a line, with the photo attached. You set the amount, DoorLog does the arithmetic and the letter, and the 30-day clock is on the screen from the day the keys come back.
An emailed link, both parties sign, a signing record on the lease. Unlimited on Professional and up.
Tenants pay, ask for a repair with a photo and keep their own copies. No jargon, no app store.
From the tenant's phone to a vendor's quote to a paid invoice, all on the door's file.
Owners, staff and tenants each see what they are entitled to. Nothing is served by a public link.
Add it to the home screen. Every screen is built for a thumb, not squeezed down from a desktop.
No new password to lose. Managers, owners and tenants all sign in at the same door.
Two front doors
The same file, two very different screens. Yours is dense with numbers. Theirs has one number that matters and no jargon at all: nobody should have to learn the word “ledger” to pay the rent.
Owners, staff and vendors each get a login scoped to what they may see.
A number, a button to pay, a place to ask for a repair, and their own copies of everything they signed.
Texas first
Built in Dallas–Fort Worth for Texas landlords first. The three deadlines and caps that get independent landlords into trouble are enforced by the software, on every door. More states are coming; each one arrives the same way.
With an itemized statement of any deduction. The clock starts when the tenant moves out and is on your screen from that day.
A fee may post only after rent is two full days late. DoorLog will not post one a minute sooner, however the lease is worded.
Twelve percent of monthly rent on a building of four doors or fewer, ten percent above that. The cap is applied automatically.
30 days free on every plan
Pick a plan, add a card, and you are signed in. Your first door takes about ten minutes: the address, the tenant, the lease, the rent. Nothing is charged for 30 days and you can leave with your records at any time.
